Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Weather Data Assistant to join our team in Perth. In this crucial support role, you will be responsible for the accurate collection, processing, and entry of meteorological data, contributing directly to the Bureau’s core services. Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify, and input meteorological data from various sources into the Bureau's databases.
- Perform routine quality checks on incoming data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Generate basic reports and summaries of weather data as required.
- Maintain data archives and assist with data retrieval requests.
- Support the operational team with administrative tasks related to data management.
- Adhere to strict data handling protocols and security procedures.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues regarding data status and issues.
Required Skills
