Job Description
Join Catch.com.au as a WFH Order Filler – E-commerce Support, a fully remote role focused on ensuring seamless order processing and customer satisfaction. You will play a crucial part in our e-commerce operations by accurately processing online orders, verifying product availability, and coordinating with our logistics partners from the comfort of your home office. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain high standards of efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming customer orders through our e-commerce platform.
- Verify product availability and allocate inventory for fulfilling orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams and logistics providers for timely dispatch.
- Monitor order status, tracking shipments, and updating customers as needed.
- Respond to basic customer inquiries related to order status, shipping, and delivery.
- Identify and resolve order discrepancies or issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of all order processing activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for order fulfillment processes.
