Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Vehicle Groomer to join our car rental fleet team in Gateshead. This full-time position operates Monday to Friday, ensuring our vehicles are immaculately presented and ready for our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Enterprise’s high standards of cleanliness and vehicle upkeep, contributing directly to our customer experience. This role is ideal for an individual with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean vehicle interiors (vacuuming, wiping surfaces, cleaning windows) to Enterprise standards.
- Wash and detail vehicle exteriors, including tires and rims, ensuring a spotless finish.
- Inspect vehicles for any new damage or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
- Refuel vehicles and check fluid levels as required.
- Relocate vehicles on the lot efficiently and safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including car wash equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines during vehicle preparation.
Required Skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, stooping, and lifting.
- Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
