Job Description
Are you looking for a stable, routine role with the convenience of afternoons free? Tesco in Fugglestone Red, Salisbury, is seeking a diligent and reliable Cheese Wrapper to join our dedicated team. This entry-level, full-time position involves accurately and efficiently packaging a variety of cheese products, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and presentation. Key Responsibilities
- Operate packaging machinery to wrap and seal cheese products according to specifications.
- Inspect products for quality defects, ensuring only high-standard items are packaged.
- Accurately label packaged cheese with product information, best-before dates, and pricing.
- Maintain a clean and organised workstation in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with inventory rotation and stock management as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met efficiently.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product discrepancies to supervisors.
