Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist truck drivers with the loading and unloading of various goods and freight.
- Secure loads appropriately using straps, chains, and other equipment to ensure safe transit.
- Verify accuracy of deliveries against manifests and assist with paperwork as required.
- Provide assistance with navigation and maneuvering in tight spaces or challenging delivery points.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, and customers.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the truck cabin and load area.
- Perform pre-start checks on equipment and report any faults or issues.

- High level of physical fitness and stamina for manual handling of goods.
