Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Process ticket sales accurately and efficiently using our ticketing system.
- Provide excellent customer service, answering patron inquiries about events, seating, and venue policies.
- Assist patrons with entry, scanning tickets, and troubleshooting access issues.
- Handle cash and electronic payments, ensuring accurate reconciliation at the end of shifts.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Collaborate with event staff to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
- Resolve customer service issues in a professional and timely manner.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in customer service or a public-facing role.
