Job Description

Grace Removals is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Removalist Helpers to join our team in Somerton, Victoria. This is an entry-level position that comes with full paid training, ensuring you gain all the skills needed to succeed. If you’re physically fit, a team player, and ready to work hard for weekly pay, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload furniture and household items onto/off removal trucks.
- Pack and unpack goods carefully, ensuring maximum protection during transit.
- Disassemble and reassemble furniture as required.
- Assist drivers with navigating routes and parking.
- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous attitude.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of removal equipment and vehicles.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items repeatedly.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Punctual and presentable.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a physical labour role (e.g., warehousing, construction) is a plus but not essential.
- A valid Australian Driver's License (Car or higher) is advantageous.
- Forklift license (LF) is a bonus but not required for this specific helper role.
