Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-time Sales Assistants, specifically for weekend day shifts. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers find the products they need, processing transactions efficiently, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Replenish stock and ensure products are correctly priced and displayed.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy.
- Promote special offers and loyalty programs to customers.
