Job Description

We are seeking a highly professional and customer-focused Hotel Bellhop to join our team for part-time day shifts. As a Hotel Bellhop, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, playing a vital role in setting a positive tone for their stay. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting guests with their luggage, escorting them to their rooms, and providing essential information about hotel services and local attractions. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong physical stamina, and a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon their arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
• Efficiently assist guests with the loading and unloading of luggage from vehicles and ensure safe handling.
• Transport guest luggage to and from their rooms with care and attention to detail.
• Escort guests to their rooms, providing a clear overview of the hotel's facilities, services, and room amenities.
• Offer accurate and helpful information about local Port Pirie attractions, dining options, transportation, and hotel events.
• Promptly and courteously respond to guest inquiries and fulfill reasonable requests.
• Assist with valet parking services as needed, ensuring the safe and secure handling of guest vehicles (if applicable).
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas.
• Collaborate effectively with the front desk, concierge, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Adhere to all hotel safety, security, and guest privacy policies and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for potential valet duties (not mandatory).
