Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport patients between wards, departments, and for medical appointments.
- Assist with the lifting and positioning of patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Move equipment, supplies, and specimens throughout the hospital.
- Maintain a clean and tidy environment in patient areas and corridors.
- Respond promptly to requests from medical and nursing staff.
- Provide support and comfort to patients, maintaining a respectful and empathetic approach.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including infection control guidelines.
