Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Art Director Assistant to join our dynamic marketing firm in Fortitude Valley, Brisbane. You will work closely with our senior Art Directors, gaining invaluable experience in concept development, visual execution, and brand stewardship across a diverse range of clients and projects. Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Art Directors in developing creative concepts and visual strategies for campaigns.
- Prepare design mock-ups, storyboards, and presentations for client pitches and internal reviews.
- Conduct research on visual trends, competitor activities, and emerging design techniques.
- Help maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and platforms.
- Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and account managers to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Support the production team in preparing files for various media, including print, digital, and video.
- Organize and maintain visual asset libraries, ensuring easy access and proper version control.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
