Job Description
Are you passionate about hospitality and eager to start your career in a bustling cafe and bistro environment? Dome Coffee Australia is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Front of House Assistants in Perth. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where full training will be provided, making it perfect for those with little to no prior experience but a strong desire to learn and excel in customer service. You will be an integral part of our team, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and courteous manner.
- Process payments using our point-of-sale system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist with restocking inventory and preparing the dining area for service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other front-of-house team members.
