Job Description

ALH Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Glass Collectors to join our team for casual night shifts in Bowen, Queensland. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a lively social setting, contribute to a fantastic atmosphere, and be an essential part of our evening operations. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently clear and collect glassware from tables, bar areas, and other customer zones.
- Sort and stack collected glasses, ensuring they are returned to the dishwashing area promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the venue, including regular checks of public areas.
- Assist bar and floor staff as needed, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Interact positively with patrons and colleagues, contributing to a friendly and welcoming environment.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift and carry multiple trays of glasses.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.
- Reliability and punctuality for casual night shifts.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
- Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
