Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Display Home Host to join our team in Tuggerah. This crucial role involves being the first point of contact for potential homebuyers visiting our stunning display homes. You will be responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, providing accurate information about our designs and services, and guiding visitors through a memorable experience. This role requires availability for weekend work to accommodate our peak visitor times, ensuring every visitor receives professional and welcoming service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all visitors to the display home, creating a positive first impression.
- Provide comprehensive information about McDonald Jones Home designs, features, inclusions, and the building process.
- Conduct guided tours of the display home, highlighting key selling points and customisation options.
- Maintain the immaculate presentation and cleanliness of the display home at all times.
- Accurately record visitor details and manage inquiries, distributing relevant brochures and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with Sales Consultants to follow up on potential leads and schedule appointments.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks and ensure all display home resources are well-stocked.
- Represent McDonald Jones Homes with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Actively listen to customer needs and preferences to better assist them.
