Job Description
Linfox is seeking enthusiastic and physically fit individuals to join our Gosford team as Container Unloaders. This is a vital, hands-on role involving the manual unloading of various goods from shipping containers, ensuring efficient processing and movement of inventory within our state-of-the-art distribution centre. Key Responsibilities
- Manually unload a wide variety of goods and products from shipping containers safely and efficiently.
- Sort and stack products according to warehouse procedures and specifications.
- Operate pallet jacks or other manual handling equipment as required to move goods.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and operational guidelines.
- Assist with other general warehouse duties and tasks as needed to support team operations.
Required Skills
- Excellent physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy items repeatedly (up to 25kg).
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively and maintain focus in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Excellent teamwork and clear communication skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures or a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar manual handling environment.
- A current forklift license (LF or LO) is an advantage, but not essential for this role.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transport to our Gosford facility.
