Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Customer Assistant to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support through digital channels, primarily chat, email, and social media. This is a unique opportunity to work from home with a flexible schedule, without the need for phone calls. You will assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide information about Optus products and services, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt and accurate support to customers via chat, email, and social media platforms.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
