Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to kickstart your career in the HVAC industry? We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Air Con Installer Offsiders to join our busy team for the upcoming high season. This role is perfect for individuals eager to learn a trade, work outdoors, and contribute to the installation of high-quality air conditioning systems. You will work alongside experienced technicians, providing essential support on various job sites, primarily within the Dandenong and greater Melbourne area. This is a physically demanding role with high seasonal pay, offering valuable hands-on experience and the potential for ongoing development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead technicians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units.
- Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from job sites.
- Prepare work areas, including setting up safety barriers and protecting client property.
- Perform general site clean-up, ensuring a tidy and safe working environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
- Learn and apply basic installation techniques and best practices.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Provide excellent customer service while on client premises.
Required Skills

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy items.

- Valid Australian Driver's License (manual preferred).
- Current White Card (Construction Induction Card).
- Previous experience in a trade assistant, labourer, or similar physical role.
- Basic understanding of tools and their safe operation.
