Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Digital Customer Assistant to join our remote team. This unique role focuses entirely on digital interactions – no phone calls involved! You will be the friendly and helpful voice of Sky UK across various digital channels, assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support through chat, email, and social media. Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via digital channels (chat, email, social media).
