Job Description
Join Serco Group plc as an Information Processing Clerk, playing a crucial role in supporting public sector operations. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input, update, and retrieve data from various systems and databases.
- Process a high volume of documents, forms, and digital information in accordance with established procedures.
- Verify data for completeness and accuracy, identifying and correcting discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information as required, adhering to service level agreements.
- Assist with general administrative duties to support team operations.
- Adhere to all data protection, security, and public sector guidelines.
