Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Orchard Maintenance Hand to join our team in Karratha. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals keen to start a career in horticulture. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, and all necessary tools will be supplied. You will be instrumental in the day-to-day care and maintenance of our orchards, ensuring optimal health and productivity for our fruit trees.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general orchard maintenance tasks including weeding, pruning, and thinning under supervision.
- Assist with irrigation system checks, repairs, and adjustments.
- Participate in pest and disease monitoring and control measures.
- Operate basic hand tools and small machinery safely and efficiently.
- Help with harvesting activities during peak seasons.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good physical stamina and manual dexterity.
