Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented WFH Logistics Administrator to join our Transport Industry Support team. This 100% remote role involves providing essential administrative support to our logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient processing of transport-related documentation. You will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication, and contributing to the overall success of our transport services from a home-based setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process transport documentation, including manifests, delivery dockets, and invoices.
- Coordinate with drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve delivery issues and schedule changes.
- Maintain accurate data entry into logistics management systems and databases.
- Monitor transport schedules and report on discrepancies or delays.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, reporting, and correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for transport-related inquiries.
