Job Description
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-time Bindery Hand for day shifts to join our production team in Cleveland, Ohio. This manual role involves assisting with various bindery operations, ensuring the quality and timely completion of printed materials. The ideal candidate will be reliable, able to follow instructions, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Operating and assisting with bindery equipment such as folders, cutters, stitchers, and trimmers.
- Performing manual tasks including collating, jogging, stacking, packing, and palletizing finished products.
- Conducting quality checks on printed materials to ensure they meet specifications and company standards.
- Troubleshooting minor equipment issues and reporting major problems to supervisors.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and guidelines.
- Assisting other bindery staff as needed to meet production deadlines.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks.
