Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Power Grid Admin Support professional to join our team in Toowoomba. This essential service role provides crucial administrative support to our power grid operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and contributing to the reliability of our energy network. You will be instrumental in managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting with various operational tasks, playing a key part in a team dedicated to powering our communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to power grid operations and engineering teams.
- Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to grid infrastructure and projects.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports in compliance with company policies.
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and information flow.
- Support the management of operational schedules and resource allocation.
- Handle incoming calls and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and accurately to support operational continuity.
