Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Loading Dock Hand to join our dynamic team in Toowoomba for casual ongoing work. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our logistics hub, involving the efficient handling, loading, and unloading of various freight types. Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using manual and mechanical means.
- Sort, scan, and stage freight for dispatch or storage.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks (manual and electric) safely.
- Maintain a clean and organised loading dock area.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills
- Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehousing, logistics, or similar loading/unloading role.
