Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders in a friendly and efficient manner.

- Prepare simple food items and beverages as required, following company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front counter, dining area, and restrooms.
- Assist with restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels for front-of-house operations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
