Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the safe and efficient demolition of structures and removal of debris.
- Perform manual labor, including lifting, carrying, sweeping, and sorting materials.
- Operate basic hand and and power tools under supervision.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and waste containers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Support skilled operators and team members as needed.
- Participate in site setup and teardown activities.
- Follow all company and regulatory safety procedures diligently.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety (or willingness to learn immediately).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
