Job Description
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive WFH Executive Liaison with a strong focus on high-level administrative support to join our dynamic team. This 100% remote role requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex tasks independently while supporting senior executives. You will be instrumental in ensuring seamless operations and effective communication within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately.
- Manage project-related administrative tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and information is accurately tracked.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative processes to enhance productivity.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or high-level administrative role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a demanding environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience working in a large corporate or financial services environment.
- Familiarity with virtual collaboration tools and remote work best practices.
- Project coordination experience.
