Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cabinet Maker’s Helper to join our growing team in Coffs Harbour. This is an entry-level opportunity perfect for someone eager to learn the trade and build a career in cabinet making. You will work alongside experienced cabinet makers, assisting with various tasks using hand tools, preparing materials, and maintaining a clean and organised workshop. No prior experience is necessary, but a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and an aptitude for practical tasks are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior cabinet makers with various stages of cabinet construction and installation.
- Learn and safely use a range of hand tools, including measuring tapes, saws, drills, and sanders.
- Prepare materials for cutting and assembly, including sanding, cleaning, and marking.
- Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment.
- Load and unload materials and finished products.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Support the team with general labour tasks as required.
