Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and scheduling of social media content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest.
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement, and user-generated content.
• Support the creation of engaging visual and written content, including graphics, short videos, and compelling captions.
• Help manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in line with brand guidelines.
• Conduct research on competitor activities, industry trends, and new social media features.
• Assist with social media reporting and analytics, helping to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, e-commerce, and design, to ensure brand consistency.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions for new social media campaigns and content ideas.

Required Skills

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Demonstrated strong interest and understanding of various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and eager to learn new skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing personal or small business social media accounts.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
• Basic photography and videography skills.
• Understanding of current fashion trends and retail landscape.
