Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous individual to join our team as Home Affairs Border Support, contributing directly to national security efforts. This on-site role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our border operations by providing essential administrative and logistical support. You will be part of a team committed to safeguarding national interests and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to border force operations, including data entry and record keeping.
- Assist in the accurate processing and management of critical documentation and intelligence.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments and external agencies to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Maintain strict adherence to national security protocols, data protection regulations, and company policies.
- Manage and organise secure information, ensuring confidentiality and integrity at all times.
- Prepare reports and summaries as required for operational briefings and review.
- Operate various IT systems and databases efficiently to support border control activities.
Required Skills
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective internal and external liaison.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a secure and sensitive environment.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and a clean background check for security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

- Existing valid UK security clearance (e.g., SC or DV).
