Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Factory Loader to join our busy team in Campbellfield, Melbourne. This role is crucial to our operations, involving the efficient and safe loading and unloading of materials, ensuring smooth workflow within our state-of-the-art facility. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload materials onto and from trucks, pallets, and storage areas.
- Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and potentially forklifts (if licensed) to move heavy items.
- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against manifests or invoices.
- Organize and stack materials in designated warehouse locations to maximize space and accessibility.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies, especially concerning heavy lifting and equipment operation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and quality control checks as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure daily production and dispatch targets are met.

Preferred Qualifications
