Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Chain Labourers to join our dynamic team in Geraldton immediately. Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading goods from trucks, containers, and other transport vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • Picking and packing orders accurately according to customer specifications and delivery schedules.
  • Organising, sorting, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Operating various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Assisting with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general warehouse duties as required.
  • Adhering strictly to all company safety policies and procedures, ensuring a secure workplace for everyone.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to meet daily operational targets and dispatch deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 25kg repeatedly.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality are essential for this fast-paced role.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cohesive team.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order picking and packing.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and practices.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing operational needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical labour environment (even short-term or casual).
  • Valid forklift license (LF class) is highly regarded but not mandatory.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable personal transport to and from our Geraldton facility.
  • Current First Aid certificate.
