Job Description
Join Toll Group’s dynamic team as a Night Shift Packer in our Brisbane distribution centre. This part-time role is essential for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of goods during our crucial night operations. You will be responsible for packing a variety of items, preparing them for dispatch, and maintaining a high standard of efficiency and safety within the warehouse. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label various goods according to specific instructions and quality standards.
- Operate basic packing equipment and machinery as required, ensuring safe and efficient use.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock rotation as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies or damage to goods immediately to the team leader.
Required Skills
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and lift packages up to 15-20 kg consistently.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read labels and follow instructions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Commitment to adhering to all health and safety guidelines.
