Job Description

You’ll be involved in the assembly and fabrication of our high-quality window and door products, playing a crucial role in our production process. Key Responsibilities

  • Learn and perform the assembly of aluminium window and door frames, sashes, and components according to specifications.
  • Utilise various hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders accurately.
  • Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet Bradnam's high standards.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
