Job Description

This is an incredible opportunity to ‘learn a trade’ from experienced professionals in a leading manufacturing facility. No prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn. You’ll be involved in the assembly and fabrication of our high-quality window and door products, playing a crucial role in our production process. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and perform the assembly of aluminium window and door frames, sashes, and components according to specifications.
- Utilise various hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work orders accurately.
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet Bradnam's high standards.
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
