Job Description

Toll Group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Order Desk Assistant to join our team in Dubbo. Key Responsibilities

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing updates and resolving issues.

  • Liaise with internal departments, including warehousing and dispatch, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
  • Verify order details, ensuring pricing, quantity, and delivery instructions are correct.
  • Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation for outgoing orders.
  • Support the team in managing inventory queries and stock levels.
