Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Window Cleaning Assistant to join our commercial cleaning team in Canning Vale. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for consistent work with competitive hourly rates, assisting our experienced technicians in maintaining the pristine appearance of commercial buildings. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality window cleaning services across various client sites, ensuring a professional finish every time. Safety and efficiency are paramount in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist lead window cleaners in the safe and efficient cleaning of windows on commercial properties.
- Prepare and set up cleaning equipment, including ladders, water-fed poles, squeegees, and safety gear.
- Follow strict safety protocols and company guidelines for working at heights and using cleaning chemicals.
- Clean windows, frames, and sills to a high standard, ensuring streak-free results.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of all equipment after use.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site managers.
- Adhere to schedule and complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
Required Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and carry equipment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic understanding of workplace safety procedures.
- Valid Australian Driver's License and reliable transport.

- Current Work Safely at Heights certification.
