Job Description

Are you looking for an immediate start in a dynamic and essential industry? Woolworths Group is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Pickers to join our team in Dubbo. This is an entry-level position where no prior experience is required – we welcome individuals of all ages and backgrounds who are eager to learn and contribute. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring products are accurately picked and prepared for distribution, helping us deliver quality goods to our customers across the region. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders from warehouse shelves
  • Operate manual pallet jacks and other equipment safely and efficiently (training provided)
  • Scan and verify products using handheld devices
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and maintain workflow
  • Assist with general warehouse duties as required

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move packages up to 20kg repeatedly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (beneficial but not required)
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (beneficial but not required)
