Job Description
Farfetch is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Virtual Personal Shopper with a keen eye for high-end fashion to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide bespoke styling advice, build strong client relationships, and drive sales by curating personalized fashion selections for our discerning global clientele. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, fostering long-term relationships through exceptional service.
- Conduct virtual consultations to understand client preferences, style, and purchasing habits.
- Curate personalized product selections from Farfetch's extensive inventory, anticipating client needs and introducing new collections.
- Provide expert styling advice, trend analysis, and product knowledge on luxury brands and designers.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs, contributing to overall team success.
- Manage client orders from inquiry to delivery, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory shopping experience.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends, seasonal collections, and luxury market developments.
- Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, preferences, and sales data.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., customer service, logistics) to resolve client issues efficiently.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in luxury retail, personal shopping, or high-end client service.
- In-depth knowledge of current fashion trends, luxury brands, and designer collections.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Strong sales acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets.
