Job Description

Are you an organised and proactive individual looking for a flexible part-time role? Telstra is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to join our team for morning shifts. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage email inboxes and calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Conduct online research and compile information as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate communications, including drafting and sending professional correspondence.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments and team members.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative support or as a Virtual Assistant.
