Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Toll Roads Administrator to join our Transport Infrastructure team in Cairns. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions related to toll road management. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including data entry, report generation, customer support, and general office administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to accuracy. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for toll road transactions, customer accounts, and operational records.
  • Generate regular reports on toll collection, traffic volumes, and customer inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with customer service inquiries related to toll accounts, billing, and general information.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents as required.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless administrative workflows.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent data entry speed and accuracy.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the transport, logistics, or infrastructure industry.
