Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Assist IT teams with day-to-day operations and project support.
- Participate in the analysis, design, and implementation phases of IT projects.
- Conduct research and analysis on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
- Support the maintenance and troubleshooting of internal IT systems and applications.
- Contribute to documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and enhance system performance.
- Engage in learning opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to expand technical knowledge.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Demonstrated strong academic performance.
- Basic understanding of IT fundamentals (e.g., operating systems, networking, databases).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
