Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead – Tech Sector to join our growing team. This role involves leading talent acquisition efforts for our tech sector, focusing on attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier technical talent. You will be instrumental in shaping our recruitment strategies, optimizing processes, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. As a fully remote position, you will operate with significant autonomy and impact, collaborating with hiring managers and HR business partners across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for engineering, product, and other technical roles.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, refine job descriptions, and build effective interview processes.
- Mentor and guide a team of recruiters (if applicable, or contribute to team development).
- Leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in recruitment metrics and processes.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in all recruitment activities.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in remote recruitment.
- Manage and optimize relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors when necessary.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or Senior Recruiter, specifically within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with remote hiring best practices and challenges.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
- Deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle and various tech stacks.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working for a global technology company.
- Certifications in talent acquisition or HR.
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies.
- Experience with high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
