Job Description

DDB Melbourne is seeking a Studio Assistant Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of a leading advertising agency, supporting our creative and production teams. Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the organization and maintenance of the creative studio, including tidying workspaces and managing supplies.
- Support the creative team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and data entry.
- Help coordinate and set up for internal meetings, client presentations, and events.
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensuring proper distribution.
- Assist with basic production tasks, including printing, binding, and preparing materials for shoots or client reviews.
- Maintain inventory of studio equipment and supplies, flagging needs for replenishment.
- Act as a point of contact for studio visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative studio culture.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not required.
