Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead installers with the safe and efficient installation of solar panels and related equipment on rooftops and ground-mount systems.
  • Perform general labourer duties, including loading and unloading materials, site preparation, and cleanup.
  • Handle tools and equipment safely and responsibly under supervision.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting and minor repairs as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Commit to continuous learning and skill development in solar installation techniques.

Required Skills

  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 25kg) and work at heights.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Valid Australian Driver's License.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the renewable energy industry.
  • Excellent team player with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

  • White Card (General Construction Induction Card).
  • Previous experience in construction, roofing, or general labour.
  • Basic understanding of electrical or mechanical concepts.
  • Forklift license (advantageous but not required).
