Job Description

We are seeking a vibrant and organized Receptionist & Customer Liaison to join our busy boutique in Irvine, CA. This immediate opening is perfect for an individual with a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic retail environment. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and providing exceptional administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all customers and visitors upon arrival, providing an exceptional first impression.
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and providing accurate information regarding store services, products, and events.
  • Maintain the pristine appearance and organization of the reception area and common spaces, ensuring a luxurious and inviting atmosphere.
  • Assist customers with general inquiries, product location, and service requests, demonstrating expert knowledge of our offerings.
  • Schedule appointments for personal styling sessions, boutique events, and other customer services.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently and accurately.
  • Support the sales team with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
  • Process basic transactions and manage inventory inquiries when needed, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Uphold brand standards for customer interaction and store presentation at all times.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and a cohesive customer experience.

Required Skills
