Job Description

Are you eager to kickstart a hands-on career and learn a valuable trade? Jim’s Security Grafton is seeking a motivated and reliable Security Screen Installer Helper to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for individuals with little to no prior experience, offering comprehensive on-the-job training. You will work alongside experienced installers, assisting with the measurement, cutting, and installation of security screens and doors, learning all aspects of the trade from the ground up. If you’re physically fit, have a strong work ethic, and are committed to learning, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist lead installers with the precise measurement and cutting of security screen materials.
  • Help prepare installation sites, including minor adjustments to door frames and window openings.
  • Support the installation of security screens and doors, ensuring alignment and secure fitting.
  • Learn to use various tools and equipment safely and efficiently under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Handle and transport materials carefully to prevent damage.
