Job Description

Esperance Secure Living Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Security Screen Installer Helper to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced installers with the measurement, preparation, and installation of security screens, doors, and blinds.
- Learn to safely use various hand and power tools relevant to the installation process.
- Handle materials, ensuring they are transported, stored, and prepared according to specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organised work site, including proper disposal of waste and cleanup after installations.
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures diligently.
- Interact professionally with clients, representing the company with courtesy and respect.
- Perform general labour tasks as needed to support the installation team.
- Continuously learn and develop skills related to security product installation and general construction.
Required Skills
- Eagerness and willingness to learn a new trade.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Australian Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of construction or handyman tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort with tools.
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) – can be obtained upon employment.
