Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and reliable Voice Pickers to join our busy warehouse operations in Victor Harbor. This ongoing full-time role offers consistent work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced voice picking technology to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking and packing orders using voice-activated technology.
- Operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, walkie stackers) safely and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all safety procedures and company policies.
- Assisting with inventory checks and stock replenishment as required.
- Meeting daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (minimum 6 months).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow voice commands.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current forklift license (LF or LO).
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Previous experience with voice picking technology.
- First Aid Certificate.
