Job Description
We are seeking motivated and reliable Rural General Labourers to join our dynamic team in Kalgoorlie. This is an ongoing full-time position with an immediate start, offering a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in a demanding yet rewarding environment. You will be instrumental in supporting various site operations, performing a range of manual tasks, and ensuring a safe and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform general manual labour tasks, including lifting, carrying, digging, and cleaning.
- Assist tradespersons and operators with various tasks on site.
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Conduct site clean-up and maintenance duties to ensure a tidy and safe work area.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Support ground preparation and maintenance activities.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents promptly.
Required Skills
- Proven physical fitness and stamina for manual labour.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
- Valid Australian Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Current C-Class Driver's License (manual preferred).
- First Aid Certificate.
- Previous experience in a rural, construction, or mining environment.
- Experience operating basic machinery (e.g., forklift, skid steer).
