Job Description

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a dedicated Reservation Agent to join our dynamic Wholesale Travel team in Brisbane. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing and processing travel bookings for our wholesale partners, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage wholesale travel bookings (flights, accommodation, car hire, tours) accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with wholesale partners, agents, and suppliers via phone and email.
- Provide expert advice on travel products, destinations, and booking procedures.
- Resolve booking discrepancies, changes, and cancellations promptly and professionally.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends, supplier offerings, and internal systems.
- Ensure all reservations comply with company policies and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance partner satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a travel agency or wholesale travel environment.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo).
- Diploma or certificate in Travel and Tourism.
